Record Reign Celebrations.

A BRILLIANT BPECTACLE. TWENTY-BEVEN THOUSAND TROOPS. THE COLONIALS WILDLY CHEERED. | (Per Press Association.) London, July 1. The Queen held a great review at Aldershot lo day, thirty thousand troops of all arms being present. The colonials re» ceived an ovation. July 3. At tbe roTiew the Duk* of Connaught commanded 27,000 troops, with twenty bands. It was a brilliant spectacle and formed a line two miles long. Tbe colonial forces, under Lord Roberts marched past first amidst great enthusiasm. The New South Wales, Maori, and Victorian contingents were specially cheered. The troops marched magnificiently. Then came tbe cayalry and artillery. These took half an hour to pass the saluting point, while tbe infantry occupied fifteen minutes pasting the same point. The Prince of Wales, Duke of Connaught and Duke of Cambridge marched at the bead of their own regiments. The Queen was an interested spectator, and when she took her departure there was a great demonstration of wild cheering. All the unattached colonial troops were present at tbe dinner given by the Lord Mayor of London, at which a brilliant gathering was present inoluding tha colonial Premiere. Mr Reid took ocoasion to thank Mr Chamberlain for his great kindness, and said all the Premiers had been made to feel quite at home. He hoped that when the next conference met Australia would be federated into one representative federation, which would strengthen the ties oi the Empire. The Colonial Premiers on Wednesday will visit Windsor Castle to lunch with the Queen. The occasion being their swtaring in as Privy Councillors.
