Wanganui Divorce Case.

o — (Per Press Association.) Wellington, June 4. The divorce case, Soler v. Soler, was continued today, The evidence this afternoon was con fined to that of the female and male servants who had been in the employ oJ the corespondent, at his hotel (the Prince of Wales) in Masterton, where Mrs Soler was engaged as housekeeper Their testimony was chiefly in tbedirec tion that Mrs Soler's conduct in the hotel appeared to be more than that oi a servant. One female servant deposed that on one occasion she saw the respondent and co respondent under circumstance! which produced to her mind undue familiarity. Some of the witnesses deposed thai Mrs Soler was in the habit of entering Tucker's room while he was dressing without knocking, but at the same tim« they admitted that they saw no familiarity. Very little of importance was adduced to-day, and at 5 o'clock the Court ad jourued until the morning. There are still a large number of witnesses to be examined. This D»y. In the Soler divorce case mo of the morning was taken up in the examination of Miss Qnin, bnrmnid at the corespondent's Hotel, who depd'd to the familiar terms on which Mrs Soler and Tucker w«re. The former in every rtspecfc acted more as a wife than a housekeeper. Two of the potitiontr'i children wore also called.
