Judgment for amount claimed will costs 26a and so'icitor's fee 15s 6d Anne Roberts y. Wm. Hosves ; a judg ment summons claim £9 2s 9d. Mi Reade for judgment creditor. In tb< absence of debtor an order was tnadi tbat tbe amount be paid ou or before July Btli, or in default fourteen clay: imprisonment in Napier gaol. Tbe court tben adjourned.
