(Per Press Association.) Capetown, May 81. Sif John Sprigg, Premier, complains the Transvaal Government have ignored the enquiry instituted by Sir Alfred Wiloer with reference to the action of a Transvaal official supplying the rebels in Bechuanaland with atnrminition.
