An Important Case.
« (Per Press Association.') Hawera, This Day. In the case Semmens v. Twigg & Co., in which the plaintiff claimed damages of £-500 under tbe Employers' Liability Act in consequence of meeting with an iujury when working a circular saw in the defendant's mill. Judge Kettle found for the defendants on the ground the defendents had not shown negligence by lailing to warnaad instruct plaintiff as to the character of the work.
