A Berlin Scandal.

(Per Press Association.) Berlin, May 25. The trial has commenced of Herr Tausch, lato Commissioner of Police. He is charged with perjury and forgery, and Herr Lutzow, a Berlin journalist, is charged with iorgery. The case arose out of a political libel action heard in December last when Lntzmv was sentenced to eighteen naontLs and Tauscli was suspended from duty and arrested on a charge of wilful perjury.
