(TO THE EDITOR) Sin, — Iv reading the report of the recent examination of the Colyton School published iv your valuable jour ual on May 21st 1897, I notice there is only one side of the question quoted, that is, the children that passed their standards. Now sir, what has become of those that were presented and failed ? Aro they not worthy of being mentioned as is done b}' other schools, ? Perhaps j some of the committee will explain. I think it is only fair for parents to see failures as well as passes. I am, etc., A Parent,
