(Per Press Association.) Wellington, May 6. The Court of Appeal upheld tbe conviction of Dibb Ido for false pretences in pledging a bicycle which he alleged was his own. On tbe second question of whether the offence was committed nnder the Chattels Transfer Act, the decision was reversed.
