WELLINGTON RACES. The following races were run after we went to press on Saturday afternoon : — Suburban Handicap— Pom Pom 1, On Dit 2, Barshot and Loveshot dead beat for third place. Strathbraan, Marino, Boreas, Umslopogaas and St. Elmo were scratched. Good race; won by a head, TimOj lmin 81 3-ssec. Dividend, £'14 Is. Hurdle Race— Tally- ho 1, Flirt 2, Britannia 3. All started. Much Ado led for the greater portion of the way, but a couple of furlongs from home Tally-ho took command and won easily by six lengths. Time, 2min 56 3 asec. Dividend, £2 4s. Hack Flying— The Major 1, Lady Agnes 2 ; Warnote and Listener ran a dead heat for third place. All started but Saltatorial. Won by a length. No time taken. Dividend, .£l6 14s. I Farewell Handicap— Goldspur 1, Voltaire 2, Undine 3. All started but St. Paul, Ou Dit, and Deniugcotte. Won easily. Time, lmin 5 1-flsec. Dividend, JCI IBs.
