The Unemployed of Sydney.
«, (Per Press Association.) Sydney, April 29. Premier Reid has promised a deputation of unemployed that the Government would do all that is possible to relieve distress. Amongst other public works it was proposed to expend LIQO.OOQ in regrading the raihvayo. The colony's finances wore splendidly strong, and they could get a million it they wanted, but the Government was not going to expend money uselessly on works.
