LONDON MARKETS. (Per Press Association.) London, April 16. Hemp and mafcton are unchanged. The English 'wheat market is firm, ■with but little business doing. The Continental market is changing a little for the better, and the American is ! advancing rapidly. Russian cargoes brought 30s. The London quotation for No. 1 hard Dutch is 335. Butter is firm and prices unchanged. The Bradford wool market is lifeless, and prices unchanged.
