# (Per Press Association. Christchurch, April 7. It is stated that A. B. Worthington will return in three weeks to conduct services at the Students of Truth social hall. Mr Geacb, agent for Carl Hertz, was fined 5s and costs for overcrowding the Theatre Royal. The penalty was made a nominal one, on the understanding the oifence was nofc repeated. New Plymouth, April 7. The dairy produce entered for export from the port of New Plymouth for the quarter ended March 31sfc amounted to £103,000. Napier, April 8George Wilson and John Fitzgerald were committed for trial on the chargo of murdering James Mclntosh. Great interest was taken in a wedding at the Cathedral yesterday, the edifice being crowded, and hundreds were unable to obtain admission. The contracting parties were Miss Wate, eldest daughter of the late James Watt, and step-daughter of Mr J. H. Coleman, and Mr G. H. Lowry, of Okawa, Hawke's Bay. Afterwards Mr and Mrs Coleman entertained about three hundred and fifty guests at their residence, Waititaru. Dunedin, April 8. Tho licensee of the Pelichefc Bay Hotel was fined 40s and costs for selling liquor to a boy under 13 years of age. Auckland, April 8. A yacht capsized in a squall today, and sank. Two of the occupants, Garnet and Kenny, kept another. Emilson, afloat till be was rescued. Allan Wm. O'Neill, solicitor, adjudicated a bankrupt on the Bank of New Zealand's petition, owed the Bank j£4120, being a call of £'S 6s 8d per sbare on 1131 shares in that institution, including interest. The Bank obtained judgment against O'Neil, aad his brother Lewis, who holds shares jointly. O'Neill's assets total L 331. The Bank is his only credi tor. Wellington, April 8. In the Divorce Court decrees nisi were granted in Brimmer v. Brimmer, wife's petition, and Boon v. Boon and Hedges, husband s petition, with 25gns costs in each instance. The Conciliation Court met again to consider the tailors' dispute. Both sides agreed to accept the recommendation that members of the Union shall be employed in preference to non-union men, provided they are equaUy well qualified and willing to accept work. The City Council has agreed to «give Mr Cohen, of Napier, a lease of ground at the Karori waterworks for 21 years at £1 per acre for goldmining purposes on condition that ls per ounce royalty is paid and i'soo expended in actual testing in twelve montbs. The Council also decided to do its owu cartage in preference to accepting tendera.
