African Affairs.
(Per Press Association.) London, April 3. In the House of Commons, Sir C. Dilke urged Britain to convene a Conference with the object of enforcing better treatment of tbe natives in Africa. In reply the Hon. Mr Curzon said Britain was parleying with the Powers with a view of holding a conlerence. He denied the Niger Company was exercising an illegal monopoly.
