They are entreating the Powers to hasten a settlement of tbe difficulty. Constantinople, March 1. One hundred and ninety-two battalions of Turkish troops are on the Greek frontier. Tbe Sultan gave twelve million franca towards the equipment of tbe force. London, March 1. The Powers have allowed Greece four days within which to yield to their ultimatum.
