Supreme Court Sittings

(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, March 1. In tbe Supreme Court to-day, after a true bill had been returned against John Ryley, charged with breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, the trial was arranged for Thursday, the Crown Prosecutor saying he thought it would last only two days. Two persons who had not fulfilled the conditions of probation were given another chance. John Fitzgerald, found guilty of assauit on bis son, was remanded for sentence.
