o (Per Press Association.) Wakapuaka, Feb. 28. Two distinct shocks of earthquake were experienced al 9.6 last night in a northeasterly direction. Westport, Feb. 28. A smart shock of earthquake was felt here at 9.5 last night. The direction was north to south. Another slight shock was felt this morning. Greymouth, Feb. 28. A sharp shock of earthquake was experienced shortly after 9 last evening. The direction was east to west, and the duration of it about half a minute.
