o (Per Press Association.) Washington, January 21. Lord Salisbury has agreed to the Venezuelan Government nominating arbitrators for the settlement of the boundary question. Probably Mr W. Fuller, United States Chief Justice, will be selected. It is expected that Mr B. J. Crewet, one of the Judges of the Supreme Court of the United States, will be the other arbitrator. Olney says the terms of the arbitration treaty cover the dispute which has arisen over the Nicaraguan Canal.
