(Per Press Association.) Capetown, January 21. Sir Jas. Sievwright, Commissioner of Railways and Public Works, in the course of a speech, said the Transvaal and Orange Free State must cease sending emissaries to teach the Cape Boers disloyalty. Three sons of a leading Basutoland chief have revolted. The Langweins and Bacas natives have combined, and are. threatening to plunder the magazine on the TJnazunouba river and murder the officials. The Cape Government has sent a mounted force to protect them.
