- - o (Per Press Association.) Wellington, This Day. At Bell's installation as Mayor he said from returns be bad obtained he was convinced they had an anxious and difficult year before them. The overdraft would bo £15,000 next Mnrch as against £10,000 last Mnrcb. He intended to lay proposals before the Couucil which ho hoped would place the finances on a more satisfactory basis.
