(Per Press Association ) Perth, This Day. An Afghan named Kelanok ran amuck at Freeman tie to-day, armed with an axe. He split open thp head of a wharf labourer named Griffiths, killing him instantly. He completely severed tbP shoulderblade of another man named Heuderson, and made a fierce attack on a constable, but eventually further assistance was obtained and tbe murderer was overpowered and taken into custody.
