TO THE EDITOR. Sir,— Mr Carty's reply to Mr Thoa. A. Bryce's letter is no reply at all. Mr Bryce adduced argument, Mr Carty employs " clumsy abase" only. The non -seating part of it is that the letter salivates Mr Lethbridge. Good Heavens! if Mr Lethbridge " fills the bill" of his friends he has no business on the surface of this planet. He belongs to another sphere. I wish he would take the hint. I am, etc , Elector.
