Duelling in Germany.
(Per Press Association.) Berlin, November 18. In the Reichstag Hohenlohe said in accordance with the command of the Emperor six officers were considering the new rules rendering the verdicts of Courts of Honor requiring the fighting of duele, impossible. This change, he said, was expected to have a wholesome influence outside military circles. He declined to discuss the question of the Royal Perogative. The Minister of War defended Lieutenant Brussurto who killed an engineer in a cafe at Carlsruhe. He said the officer acted in self defence.
