(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Nov. 13. The annual report of the United Farmers' Co-operative Association shows that the net profits for t he year amounted to £3431, in addition to which a sum of .£1152 has been placed to the reserve amount. A dividend of six per cent is recommended. This Day. Bosher was committed for trial on a charge of bigamy, A Gazette Extraordinary was issued to-day dissolving Parliament. Auckland, Nov. 13. A deputation, consisting of the Revs. W. J. Williams, A. Peters, and Messrs Morgan, Muldoon.and J. W. Carr, waited upon the Hon. T. Thompson, Minister of Justice, to enquire into the reasons for the re-appointment of Constable Russell to the police force, and to enter a protest against the step taken. Mr Thompson, in reply, said, with all dne courtesy to tbe deputation, he could not give reasons for his action to a private deputation, but he was fully prepared to answer all such questions on a public platform. Woodville, Nov. 13. Mr E. J. Gothard has beea re-elected Mayor unopposed.
