The Tichbome Case Again.
Per Press Association. SYDNEY. Nov. 1. A letter sent to tin- Colonial Secretary by Mr Prie9tmau, attorney tor the Rev. Edward Williams, a Rotnao athoiic clergyman in Devonshire. England, as an old friend of tbe Dowager Lady Ticbboroe, requests the delivery into the attorney's care of the custody of the person of Roger nutria* Doughty Tichborne, otherwise known as William Cresswell, the necessary bond of £500 to be forthcoming as soon as colonial intentions are known. Among the passengers by the Warrimoo from Vancouver is Lady Tichborne. This Day. Lady Tichborne, who arrived by the Warrimoo, states she knows nothing about Cresswell excepting that some one about six months ago wrote to her husband about him. She says she will see him, but she entertains no hope of being able in any way to prove him to be the rightful heir. The Tichhorne case happened so long ago and she has no personal knowledge of the affair and nothing to guide her in the identification. — _ ___
