The London Cabmen's Strike.
(Per Press Association.) London, Nov. 1. Owing to the heavy fines inflicted, the boycott ef the railway termini by tbe cabmen has been suspended. The Bench has held that the cabmen, by their action are rit-king the forfeiture of their licenses. 3500 persons refused to pay fared in consequence of the refusal of the cabmen to enter the railway termini. _______
