A Shocking Occurrence.
(Per Press Association.') Berlin, October 18. An engineer accidentally touched Lieutenant Brnsewitz's chair in a cafe at Carlsruhe and declined to apologise. Brusewitz placed friends at the exits and chased the engineer down a passage, killing him with his sword, remarking at the time " My honor is saved."
