A Snake Story.

I Per Press Association. I Sydney, October 18. The return of summer generally brings a snake story or two. About one of the best comes from the Glen Innes district. It appears that a married aboriginal was suckling a young baby during one night last week, and awoke to find instead of her infant a large black snake attached to one of her breasts, regaling itself. The woman awoke her husband in a great fright, and while doing so the snake disappeared. Search was made, and the reptile discovered and shot.
