The Czar's Visit to France.

PARIS IN RAPTURES. A SUPERB NAVAL SPECTACLE. | Per Press Association. | Paris, Oct. 5. The Czar has arrived at Cherbourg. It is estimated that there are three million visitors in Paris. October 6.
