Shortly before dinner, 6 p.m., the noise of a tailing body was heard in the yard. Ongoing oat the people were horrified to find Franks lying in a pool of blood, having fallen out of his bedroom window, a distance of 70ft. Marks were found of his having lain on the bed, and he must have lifted up his window and gone out.
