An Outrageous Publication.

(Per Press Association.) Sydney, October 4. An article which appeared in Sunday Truth has very properly brought trouble to those responsible for its appearance, namely, John Norton (editor) Hugh Roberts (printer), Andrew Thompson (proprietor). They have been called before the Magistrate for publishing an article alleged to contain matter warranted to stir up sedition against Her Majesty the Queen. Her Majesty is referred to as a scion of a filthy, foulliving, and mentally and physicallydiseased race. The defendants were committed for trial on a charge of sedition. .
