The Dynamite Gang.
j Per Press Association . ! ! London, Sept. 19. The real name of Bell (one of Tynan's gang, who was arrested in Glasgow) is Evory, a wealthy publican of New York. The sentries at Woolwich Arsenal have been doubled, In consequence of rumours that an attempt was about to be made to destroy it with dyuamite. Remarkable precautions are being taken in respect to the safety of the train which will CGnvey the Czar from Leith i to Balmoral Castle. The arches of the bridge over the railway line have been examined, and they will be watched night and day. Traffic will be almost BUBpended during the Czar's journey. September 20. It has been ascertained there were 15 kilogrammes of dynamite in the conspirator's house at Berchen before the seizure. The French Statute of Limitation prohibits the extradition Tynan. It is reported another suspect was arrested at Bonlogue. The Times correspondent says all unregistered foreigners will be expelled from France before the Czar arrives.
