Pukeroa School Examination.
The annnal examination of the Pake* roa (Spur road) school was held on Monday, the 15th inst., with excellent results. All the pupils passed, and the Inspector, Mr Bindon, ia his report, expressed much gratification and pleasure at the good work produced by the teacher Mr Purnell. The following are tbe names of those who passed their ■ respective standards : — Standard VI. : Girls -Ethel Young, j Standard V. : Boys— George Ashworth, Allen Bunn, Frederick Francis. Standard IV.: Girls— Hilda Bunn. Boys — Harold Bunn, John Francis. Standard III. : Boys — Leonard Ashworth, Christopher Ryan, John Ryan, Herbert Woodman, Bertram Sixtus, Vernon Francis. Standard II : Boys — Henry Francis, Augustus Ashworth, Charles Williscroft, Mildred Ryan.
