London Markets.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following telegram from London, dated JXtb September {—Oats — stocks of colonial oats are light, We do not expect much alteration in prices. New Zealand oats, fine, are worth 26s per 8 bushels in granary ; ordinary, 245, and feed, 17a. Flax -Market has a hardening tendency; medium is worth £15 per ton. London, Sept. 11. A general decline in the markets has followed the advance in the bank rats of discount, especially in regard to Home railways and South African shares.
