Charged With Malpractice.
ARREST OF LESLIE ASCHBY. (Per Press Association.) Dunedin, Sept. 7. Leslie Aschby was arrested as the Mararoa wa3 leaving the wharf. He is to be charged with malpractice. Later. After the arrest of Leslie Aschby, who practiced as a doctor at Otautau, Southland, he exhibited a small phial and pretended he had taken poison. He was examined by medical men, who pronounced that there was nothing wrong with him. i Ascbby will be brought before the Bench to morrow, and will be remanded to iDvercargill. It is believed the police have evidence that before coming to the Colony Aschby has been in Adelaide, where, as " Marinus Friessbourg," he get into trouble for attempting to pass as a doctor. _ ___ mmmm
