fFSOU OUE OWN COfiBESPONDBHT.I A young mau named Dave Hyland, who has been working about Apiti for the past three years, has gone to the Wellington Hospital. It appears that Hyland injured bis kneo last New Year's day in jumping a gate at Apiti and the oil of his knee cap has gone. A good deal of interest is taken in a wedding that is to take place in the Birmingham Wesleyan Church on tbe 3rd of this month ab eleven o'clock. Tbe contracting parties being Mr E. Miller, of Apiti, aud Miss Emily Perry, of Kiwitea. Miss Perry is a sister of the late Mr Perry, of Kiwitea.
