o (Per Press Association. I Wellington, August 18. Ou the second .barge of stealing ten sheep from Wm. Farmer, Scott was found guilty. Sentence was defer* red. Christchurch, August 18. At the Supreme Conrt tbe whole of tbe day was occupied with the case of George Kyrrison, charged with stealing 70 sheep and 70 lambs, the of C. Enser, Mount Grey Downs. Tba - case for the Crown closed at 5 p.m., when tbe Court adjourned till to-mor-row.
