Freeman R. Jackson and Co., JohnSeville report : —The beef entered for yesterday's sale Tanged from prince to indifferent. As regards quality bidding was brisk and cattle improved in prices. Sheep were generally of medium quality only. Pigs were well competed for, and better values, were realised . Cattle —Best bullocks, £7 10s to £8 10b; others, £6 10s to £1 10s ; cows, M 10s to £5 10s ; ox I eJ, 19s the lOOlba, and cow beef 16a per 1001 b.
