HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, August 5. The House met at 2.30. In the House the No-Confidence dehate has been proceeding all day, the speakers being Messrs Mills. Meredith, (}. J. Smitb, Button, Carncross, Buick, and Tanner. Messrs Laing and Wilson having spoken against the Government policy, the No- Confidence debate was adjourned. The House rose at 12.30.
