The Irish landlords are incensed at the concessions to the tenantry, and urge the Irish Land Bill be abandoned. The Queen will treat Li Hung Chang as a State guest. Berlin, July 15. The Kaiser has directed a warship to be fitted up experimentally to burn brown coal.
