Another Sequel to the Dean Case.

LAWYERS MEAGHER AND CRICK COME TO BLOWS. (Per Press Association. I Sydney, This Day. Of late strained relations have existed between Mr Meagher and Mr Crick. Last night they met in the Australia Hotel, and Meagher told Crick he wanted him, and immediately caught him by the coat collar and swung him forcibly round. The two grappled and blows were exchanged, but they were separated before much damage was done. Crick then left. Meagher said it was a case of mutual hostility. They had not been on speaking terms since certain articles appeared in the Bulletin, about which Crick made remarks. He also said he had had financial transactions with Crick.
