A Deceased Wife's Sister Bill.
(Per Press Association.) London, July 11. The Honse of Lords has passed a Biil legalising marriage with the Deceased Wife's Sister by a majority of 38. The Prince of Wales and the Dake of York supported the Bill. Two Archbishops and 17 Bishops op? posed it. '
