Shocking Outrage in Russia.
(Per Press AssociaitoN). St. Petersburg, July 2. A Jewish innkeeper, Mizabisch, inter* fered to protect a peasant from the brutality of a Russian officer. The latter incited the soldiers to wreck all the Jewish houses. Great damage resulted and several people were killed $ many of the Jewish women were outraged. The officer and troops concerned in the outrage have been arrested.
