In the pecond innings of Oxford, Trumble secured 6 wickets at a cost of 17 runs, Giffen 1 for 38, Jones 1 for 49. Trott 1 for 21. Following are the scores of the Australians in their second innings : — Darling, b Hartley, 5 ; Graham, c Lewis b Cunliffe, 28 ; Trott, b Hartley, 2 ; Eady, not out, 2 ; Iredaie, not out, I' 4 ; extras, 7 ; total for' 3 wickets, 59. Hartley took 2 wickets for 26, and Cunliffe 1 for 26. The wicket was rather lumpy, and on it Trumble was almost unplayable. Graham and Iredaie carried the score to 57, when the former was dismissed, and Eady, tbe next man in, made the winning hit.
