Bunnythorpe Notes.
The School Committee held a meeting OU the eveniDg of the 29th uit. Preseut —Meesrs Andrew (chairman), Little, Jepsen r Eggleton, Derby and Tremewan. The Inspector's report was received and con•idered satisfactory. The Committee quite agree with his complaints re neglected state of outhouses, but regret that'tbey are out of funds Messrs Eggleton and Andrew were asked to try to set up an entertainment in aid of school fanda in July. On the motion of Mr Tremewan, the Chairman was instructed to write to 'the Manchester Road Board re drainage from hotel near the school. Tenders for cleaning the school were opened, and that ot Mrs Wiggins was accepted. The usual monthly meetinj; of the Temperance Society was as well attended as ever. Mr Smith presided, and a very interesting address was Riven by Mr Friborg, of Colyton.— Standard.
