The ruunagement committee of the N.Z. Rugby Union has arranged the following itinerary for the Queensland football team : They will leave Sydney on Monday, August 3, by the Alamedn, reach Auckland on Friday and play there the next day. Leave on Monday nnd play Tarannki ou Tuesday, 11th. Arrive at Wellington on the 12ih, ploy next day and on Saturday the loih play another match tliero. They play Canterbury on the 20th, Dnnedin on tho 22nd, Southland on the 25th, and leave the Bluff the same day. The committee decided that the date and place for the North v. South Island match should be contingent on travelling arrangements of the different unions. Marion defeated Wunganui on Monday by 3 points (a try) to nil. Oroua Union fixtures for Saturday next : - Birmingham v. Colyton, at Birmingham ; Cheltenham v. Apiti, at Apiti. Manawatti Union fixtures for Saturday next : — Seniors— Pirates v. Feilding at Feilding ; Palmerston v. Foxton, at Palmerston. Juniors — Palmerston 11. v. Rongoten, at Palmerston. The Feilding 11. having withdrawn from the contest, tho match against Kauhanganui will not be played. The management committee of the M.B.U. met iv Palmerston last evening and dealt with the charge, lodged by the referee, of improper language alleged to have been used by a Bed Star player in the match against Rongotea Club. The charge was dismissed. The following team will represent Rongotea against Palmerston 11., at Palmerston on Saturday next : —Full back, C. Gostall ; three quarters, Green, Costall, Wrigley ; half, Bishop ; five-eight, Harper ; forwards, Hinckley, Duthie, Jarvis, O'Brien (eapt.), Williams (2), Whisker, Broughton, Merrett ; emergencies, Duke, Edwards, The coach will leave Rongotea at 12. 15 sharp. The following team will represent Cheltenham in their match ngainst Apiti, at Apiti, on Saturday next : — Full back, Burrell ; three • quarters, O'Hoolighan, Pratt, Rafferty ; half, Beattie ; forwards, Stringer <2), Callaghan, McLean, Hook, Sykes, Mills, Morrisson, Viles, Paora.
