The Transvaal Crisis.
(Per Press Association.^ Capetown, May 18. S. V. Cloete, English Africander, temporarily succeeds Sir J. De Wet in Pretoria. It is stated Mr Chamberlain consnlts Sir H. Kobinson prior to deciding a perruanent appointment. The Johanuesberg Times published what is said to be a facsimile of Jameson's plans for the seizure of Pretoria. Mr Grey, of the Reform Committee, who committed suicide while insane, has been buried. The cortego was very lengthy. ___^____^____
