The Weather.
(Per Press Association) Westport, May 7. Heavy rains have fallen here and the rivers are flooded. There has been no communication with the country for several days. Marton, May 6. The continuous rain caused the banks of the Tutaenui to overflow, and there is every, prospect of a heavy flood. Masterton, May 7. Rain has been falling in torrents here for some hours. The streets ate flooded, and it is feared that unless the rain ceases soon muph damage will be done.
