(Per Press Association.) Hawera, May 7. The following are the results of the races run after we went to press yesterday : — Second Hack Flat, 1£ miles— Errand Boy and Kanaka a dead heat, Fish Oh third. Dividend, on Errand Boy, £2 7s ; on Kanaka, £5 17s. High Weight Handicap— Voltigeur 1, Waiuku 2, Westmere 3. Won by a head. Time, 2rnin 17sec. Dividend, £4 3. Final Steeplechase — Kaitoa 1, Waraiti 2, Parnell 3. Won rather easily. Bradshaw and Sir Athol fell at the last fence when leading. Time 4-min ssec. Dividend, i's 14s. The sum of £4446 passed through the machine for two days.
[Per Press Association. Adelaide, May 6. The following is the result of the Adelaide Cup : — Warpaint 1, Mirseculum 2, Trentham 3. Won by a head. Time, 3min 51 4-59ec.
