The Triple Alliance Renewed.

Blowetz, in bis correspondence to the Times, declares that the Kaiser's tour through Italy and Austria has had the effect of re-forming the Triple Alliance in its pristine vigour. The Times' Vienna correspondent wires that treaties binding Italy to Austria and Germany, expiring in 1897, are certain to be renewed, though the two latter countries did not press for their renewal.
