me annnal meeting 01 members or the Red Star Football Club was held in tbe MaDcbcstcr Hotel last evening, the attandance being fair. Mr W. Brinkman presided. The officers were elected as follows : — President, Mr W. Dickson ; vice-presi-dents, Messrs W. Carthew, G. Johnston, J. S. Milson, and W. T. Watts; geueral committee, Messrs J. Smith, Brinkman, B. Parkes, W. Smith, W. Allen ; match committee, B. Hamilton, B. Parkes, J. Smith ; union delegate, Mr W. Brinkman ; junior selection committee. Mr W. Brinkman ; secretary, Mr G. Foster treasurer, Mr W. Allen. Resolved, That the Club colors be black jersey with red star on breast. Resolved, That the member's subscription be 2s 6d. Resolved, That the first practice be held in Messrs Gorton and Son's paddock on Wednesday, April 22nd. Eesolved, That the next meeting of Clnb members be held in the Manchester Hotel on Saturday, the 11th instant, at 7 p.m.
